Account Development
We have an immediate need for an Account Development Representative. Working from the corporate office in Solon, OH, the Account Development position will be responsible for creating new selling opportunities in a multi-state territory. This position will be responsible for generating leads for SageQuest, focusing on the acquisition of new accounts and meeting assigned activity, process and unit/performance goals. In addition, this position will be responsible for creating new selling opportunities for the SageQuest Account Executive team.
Total potential compensation for this position at 100% of quota is 65K (base plus commission).
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for targeting and identifying sales opportunities within assigned account list as instructed by management.
- Partner with the Account Executive to follow up on active prospects within the SageQuest database of accounts.
- Outbound prospecting (80+ dials per day) and generating new business opportunities for the company through calling on and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database on all the accounts assigned by management.
- Scheduling appointments for account executives to meet with prospective customers or for prospective customers to attend a scheduled demo.
- Plan and prioritize call activity with an emphasis on managing time, productivity and accurate forecasting of strong leads.
- Partner with prospects and sales management to develop a business case for our solution and present the potential return on investment.
- As needed, present SageQuest capabilities through web-based demonstrations and on site visits at prospects location
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- 2+ years of phone sales, generating leads, inside sales support, or related experience required.
- Experience selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and/or experience in the mobile resource management market a major plus.
- Experience calling on small-to-medium sized companies, directly to owners, presidents and other decision makers.
- Experience in managing a multi-state territory.
- Demonstrated history of strong achievement and self-motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong computer and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products and CRM solutions.
Relationship Manager (Chicago)
We have an immediate need for a Relationship Manager in the Chicago area. These positions will be critical for building on our success in those markets and accelerating our growth rate in 2010.

Working from a home office the Relationship Manager will be responsible generating sales within their territory as well as participating in the market through networking, association and event marketing.

- Completing all required documentation and reporting including call and meeting activity, forecasting and bids and proposals within assigned territory.

Customer Care Representative
We have an immediate need for an experienced Customer Care Representative.
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing customer support and service, ensuring proper customer experiences using expedience, professionalism, and courtesy.
Esential Job Functions:
- Receive, triage, and document customer calls and emails including the add on requests, product issues, questions, complaints, etc.
- Refer issues that cannot be resolved by Customer Care to correct departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Provide back-up support for new customer implementation and concierge services.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Thorough knowledge of Mobile Control Product – Features, Attributes, Benefits, along with the ability to demonstrate, provide training, and troubleshoot the product. Ability to translate technical terms into non-technical language.
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, Excel. Customer Relationship Management software.
- Good analytical ability, sound judgment, sufficient knowledge of IT operations, workflow processes and procedures to resolve most inquiries independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate across various levels, both internally and externally.
