TIME WARNER CABLE NATIONAL DIVISION SELECTS SAGEQUEST GPS FLEET MANAGEMENT SOLUTION TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY AND IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
CLEVELAND, Ohio, March 1, 2009 – SageQuest, LLC announces an agreement with Time Warner Cable (TWC) National Division. TWC National will now utilize SageQuest's Mobile Control vehicle tracking and management solution for 425 service vehicles in the Kansas City and Kentucky regions.
TWC National performed an extensive selection process for their current and future mobile workforce needs and selected SageQuest's Mobile Control because of its easy-to-use interface and capabilities designed for the cable and utilities industries. Also, TWC National plans to integrate the Mobile Control’s real-time location data with their Arris WorkAssure™ work order data in the near future. This will give TWC National a more accurate view of their technicians and vehicle performance.
