Become a Real-Time Expert on Your Fleet
Simply set up your Alert by choosing which vehicles you want to track, what activity you want to monitor and then designate as many recipients as you’d like to receive notice via email, SMS text and/or inside the web browser window.
For rotating work schedules and shifts, our GPS real time tracking capability let you control how frequently you receive the Alerts, as well as the days and timeframes you can monitor.
At any time you may log in to your online account for a complete list of Alerts from the last 90 days. The Alert Log let’s you sort by name, type, time, vehicle or driver name for a quick summary view. You’re guaranteed to not miss a move.
Excess Idle
If the ignition is on, but the vehicle has not moved after a set time period, an excess idle alert is activated.
Speeding
Keep drivers and vehicles safe by receiving notice of any vehicles traveling at speeds higher than your specified limit.
Late Start
Enter a driver's start time, and receive notification if the vehicle starts behind schedule.
Activity
Set parameters for off-hour times, and the activity alert will notify you of any unauthorized vehicle use.
Long Stop
Know if a technician is running behind or has a longer job than anticipated.
Towing
A towing alert activates when vehicle movement is shown but the ignition is off.
GeoFence
Be alerted if a vehicle enters or leaves the perimeter of a location or boundary you've specified.
Vehicle Maintenance
Vehicle due for service? Mileage-based and date-based maintenance alerts can be sent to you or right to your repair shop.
