  • Create a route in Mobile Control, then send it immediately to your drivers’ Garmin device in the field.
  • Your driver presses “Go” on the Garmin and the turn-by-turn directions begin.
  • Reprioritize destinations through Mobile Control and send real-time updates to your driver’s in the field.
  • See a driver’s current location, route status and ETA to the next destination on Mobile Control’s real-time map.

Simplify Communications

Our Garmin integration also includes a simple but powerful two-way messaging system to help you improve communication between drivers and the office.

  • Dispatchers create a message in Mobile Control and send it to one driver or broadcast the message to all Garmin devices.
  • Drivers respond using simple response options (yes/no, OK) or type their own messages into the Garmin to reply.
  • Drivers can initiate a message from their Garmin to ask a question to
    the dispatch team.
