The User Interface and Graphic Designer role requires a highly motivated person interested in designing innovative, intuitive applications used by a wide range of user types. This role is unique in that it requires creative design skill and development skills in order to design and develop prototypes and components that will drive the development of the final product. Working closely with Product Management and Development, this position plays a critical role to ensure both the interaction and visual design of the products combine to create a compelling user experience.

• Create wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively communicate detailed concepts or ideas.

Job Requirements:

GENERAL OVERVIEW

We have an immediate need for an Account Development Representative (ADR). Working from the corporate office in Solon, Ohio, the ADR position will be responsible for creating new selling opportunities in a multi-state territory. This position will be responsible for generating leads for SageQuest, focusing on the acquisition of new accounts and meeting assigned activity, process and unit/performance goals. In addition, the ADR will create new selling opportunities for SageQuest's Account Executive team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for targeting and identifying sales opportunities within assigned account list as instructed by management.
• Partner with the Account Executive to follow up on active prospects within the SageQuest database of accounts

GENERAL SUMMARY

SageQuest has an immediate need for a Software Development Engineer to facilitate the design and development of our award winning web application suite. This role will be responsible for the in-house development of both internal and external service offerings that support SageQuest customers and integration partners. This includes ASMX, WCF and push integrations, as well as the consumption of services provided by our customers and partners

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of professional experience in software design & development of distributed systems with demonstrated experience with .NET Framework (2.0, 3.0, & 4.0).

General Summary:

This role is an expert on our solution that can apply that knowledge against the needs expressed by the marketplace through Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and documentation needed for sales opportunities and support materials. General Summary:

The Installation Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of activities related to processing invoices for our subcontractor network in support of all vehicle tracking device installations and service work. Specific areas of focus include: receiving all inbound invoices and matching to PO’s, reconciling billed work with contracted work and partnering with installer to correct any mistakes, and recording all pertinent invoice information into accounting system. The person in this role will work closely with the Wireless Device Operations Manager as well as the Finance department to ensure that all subcontractor invoices are reconciled, any issues are proactively identified and addressed, and the invoices are ultimately paid in a timely manner. The Installation Coordinator may also be responsible scheduling new device installations as well as removals and reinstallations.

• Receive all inbound subcontractor invoices and review for accuracy.
• Record all pertinent invoice details into purchase order system.
• Work with subcontractors and Finance team to resolve any discrepancies in billed work as well as any other billing issues.
• Submit invoices with corresponding PO’s to Wireless Device Operations Manager for approval.
• Coordinate installations and service work with installer groups and customers.
• Follow up on incomplete installations and service work until completion.
• Ensure all details and contacts with customers and installers are thoroughly documented in Salesforce.com
• Other duties as assigned.

General Summary:

The SageQuest Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in our success. • Assist the account in the identification of appropriate client personnel for training, administration, and other tasks
