SAGEQUEST ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF AGENT AND DEALER PROGRAM
Beachwood, Ohio, Sept. 12, 2007 – SageQuest, LLC, an industry leader in fleet and mobile workforce tracking technologies, announced today the recent launch of its agent and dealer program.
As demand for SageQuest's GPS-enabled fleet tracking solution grew, it became clear that the industry's potential required a more expansive distribution model, best achieved through a focus on indirect business. SageQuest hopes to use the agent and dealer program, launched in August, to expand on robust 2007 sales, escalating market share and increasing interest in GPS fleet technologies.
"After spending time researching the marketplace, we realized the tremendous potential and the importance of developing a top tier program for agents and dealers," said SageQuest Executive Vice President and CFO Dave Lowman. As part of the program launch, the company hired Terry Leiby and David Evans as West and East Coast channel managers for the program. Leiby joins the company from MicroTRAKgps, where he launched a channel program as Vice President of National Distribution. He previously lead the development of an indirect channel for @Road, Inc. Evans was most recently with @Road as Indirect Channel Sales Manager, where he was responsible for U.S. and Canadian territory.
